Management

Bill Moniz is President and CEO of The Credit Union Loan Source (CULS). In this role, he assists credit unions in meeting specific challenges by providing a competitive loan/investment opportunity. Mr. Moniz is responsible for the management of all aspects of CULS activities to ensure accomplishment of missions and objectives compatible with the best interests of member credit unions. Prior to joining CULS, Mr. Moniz spent over 15 years in the auto finance industry with Citizens Bank, Belmont Savings Bank and SunTrust Bank in various senior risk management and product development roles. Mr. Moniz earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Rhode Island and is a graduate of the Consumer Bankers Association Graduate School of Retail Bank Management. 

Stan Adkins serves as the Senior Vice President of Dealer Operations. Mr. Adkins’ responsibilities are to manage production, daily operations and staff for the Credit, Funding, Titles and Business Development departments. Mr. Adkins joined CULS in February of 2005 and has 18 years of experience in indirect auto, mortgage, and consumer lending.  As one CULS’s first employees, he was instrumental in development of the credit loan origination program. Under his management he has been successful in creating lasting business relationships with over 400 auto dealers spanning multiple states.

RuthAnn Riggs serves as the Senior Vice President, Business Optimization Officer. Ms. Riggs is responsible for product development, analytics, process design, implementation and organizational change management. Ms. Riggs joined CULS in November 2016 and has over 10 years in financial institutions with roles in business information management and consumer loan operations. Ms. Riggs obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas Tech University and her Master of Science in Business Management from Troy State University. She received Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt certifications from Georgia Tech in 2010 and 2014, respectively.

Guy Cope serves as Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer. At CULS, Mr. Cope oversees the Audit, BSA, Compliance, Disaster Recovery, Information Security, OFAC, and Vendor Management functions. During his time as a compliance officer, Mr. Cope earned a Masters in Business Administration from Murray State University and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist certification, the premier international certification in the anti-money laundering field.

Jon Muller serves as Vice President of Client Operations. In this role, he is responsible for leading day-to-day operations of Customer Service, Payment Processing, Collections, Bankruptcy, & Repossession departments. With more than 20 years of experience specializing in automotive finance call center management, Mr. Muller’s areas of expertise include ensuring customer satisfaction, collections analysis, market trends, project planning, and associate development. Since joining CULS in 2012, he has served on multiple regulatory boards and works closely with customers & associates to enhance the customer experience.
